The MTO council was created in order to better organize the powers of the MTO. Certain decisions will be passed through the council for fair choices. There will always be at least three members on the council each of them inducted on behalf of the commissioner who still holds complete control over the tournaments, but has the council to help make fair decisions.

Rules and Responsibilities of the Council
As a member of the MTO council each members responsibility is to show up to every Madden Tournament and any MTO Council meeting if one is ever needed to be called. Any member other than the commissioner can be voted off by a unanimous vote of all non council member madden tournament attendents, by vote of the commissioner, or can be replace by a majority vote on the council, in which case a vote will be held to induct a new member if time allows, if time does not allow because of an upcoming decision or tournament the commissioner will place a new member on the council himself. Any decision can be overruled by the commissioner, but any overruling must be well thought out and decided and a reasonable reason behind the overruling must be stated.
Any oppositions to the council can post here and steps will be taken to correct the problem in the council or possibly set up a removal if there is enough momentum behind the proposal, of course not everyone will always agree with the decisions made , this page is only for people who don't think a council member is representing what is in the best interest of the tournament.
